City of Phoenix

The City of Phoenix is the state capital and largest city in the State of Arizona. Governed by a City Council since 1948, this latter body is responsible for enacting city ordinances, appropriating funds in order to conduct city business and providing policy direction, and for appointing a city manager to carry out specified policies and operations and oversee the city’s 33 departments.

The City of Phoenix commissions Seidman to provide economic reports examining population, employment, GDP, income, exports, and the real estate market for two geographies – the city of Phoenix and metro Phoenix (Phoenix MSA).
