Fiesta/Cactus Bowls

Football

The Fiesta Bowl is an American college football bowl game played annually in Arizona. Established in 1971, the Fiesta Bowl was originally hosted at Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe up to and including 2006, before moving to its current home in Glendale in 2007. The annual event is managed by the Fiesta Bowl organization – a nonprofit based in Scottsdale, AZ.

The Cactus Bowl is an NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision college football bowl game that has been played in Arizona since 1989. It is also managed by the Fiesta Bowl organization.

Seidman regularly produces economic impact estimates of the number, expenditures and demographics of visitors to both bowl games, using primary survey data collected from visitors and organizations.

An estimate for the 2016 bowl games will be available in late April.
